Assume that rail is above their heads and they are fine.

This utility mod allows the crew to walk over railgun accelerators to the other side.

Loader and Launcher remain unaffected!

This mod removes only two entries inside rules file, BlockedTravelCells and BlockedTravelCellDirections, should be pretty safe to use with other railgun altering mods.
