Hmm strange. Didn't have an issue with it. Are they on? There should be a button on the task bar to turn them on/off.

What do you mean? I've never had an issue. I don't play with block damage off either. Can you tell me where the issue is? Maybe I can resolve the issue.

Other than requiring block damage to be turned off this is a great build. Very streamlined.

I spawned one into my survival world that I use to test things. Everything checks out. When I go into the i menu, the tanks show they are filling, the gauge at the control seat shows it climbing. It is slow, but it also only has two h2/o2 gens. It has 3 large tanks and numerous small tanks so it isn't fast at refueling on its own power. Much faster if docked to something that already has fuel to supply it.

Are the tanks set to stockpile on/off or are the tanks themselves off? Also, make sure the h2/o2 gens are on if you want to fill tanks. If these aren't the issues, perhaps checking to make sure you have ice or are linked to something that has a filled tank that can be used to fuel the ship.
