Anyone else getting super bad stuttering while rooms load in?

great map, but it messes up the default grass decal so most other maps with grass decals have this odd looking floating grass.

Update broke the lighting

I found a glitch where if you press e on where a shard used to be you can still pick it up effectively allowing you to instantly get to the main goal of the map by finding only one shard.

Oh yeah, one more thing - not sure if you've suffered from burnout any, but we all go through it. I don't believe it means we don't enjoy what we're doing anymore, but rather we want to find new ways of enjoying what we do. Adding to this, I've seen a lot of entitlement on behalf of the community for a while. Same stuff with the Skyrim & Fallout's modding scene. There are good folks who just enjoy some good content, then there are folks who feel they are entitled to free labor on behalf of creators, must have their demands met at all times, and furthermore set unrealistic expectations. If you deal with any of this, take a break or make content for yourself once in a while, you deserve it just as much - if not more.

Hey, been a couple years since I stopped to play GMod. I took a look at some of your older maps... this one is proof that consistency and hard work can take you a long way. I used to make maps from 2009-2014. Between all the tiny frustrations with hammer editor at the time and issues with that consistency I mentioned, I lost motivation and walked away. Deleted most of my work. Time flies, and on the surface this game seems like the same one I started playing in 2009, albeit much has changed - for better or worse, I'm not sure. Point being that I'm glad you kept up the mapping and stuck to it. Great stuff man.

This map is incredible!
I would love to see a more dark, quiet night time version, more befitting the darker part of the map. Something to make the place feel alone, abandoned. I very much want to use such a version for roleplay.

Very very nice, I found all the relics on my first expedition.

This map is beautiful, and I am enjoying finding the relics. However, relics can be collected over and over again, even if they disappear visually.

looks like that texture and all of its linked assets come with gmod itself. if you have any addons installed that could change the texture, that may be the problem.

When you first go in the building, in the right hallway

can you describe the location of the missing texture? lots of areas in the map, so its hard to narrow that down

found three errors above the lopsided statue fountain, in the room with the bounce pads that let ya get up to raised grass and trees either side of the room
