Updated to fix stacking of ability, buffed to also provide Culture, and Sacred Band now generates GGP and has a minor anti-cavalry bonus.

@Merrick, i love your saxon mods, i have and use all, but, epaminondas, when i enable, mess my game, my warriors and spearmans became only one soldier in tile, bigger, what is happening?
