you need to craft solar eruption with solar thingies you get them from solar pillar to spawn them you need to kill cultist to spawn that you need to kill golem to kill it you need to kill plantera to kill it you need to find bulb for it to spawn you need to kill mechanical bosses skeletron prime the twins and the destroyer to kill them you need to enter hardmode to enter that you need to kill wall of flesh to kill it you need to throw guide or guide voodoo doll into lava at underworld you probably know to get to there

If you want to get into the world of Terraria mods there's a... game? called tModLoader (for Terraria mod loader) where you can download a bunch of stuff. (I think you need to own a legitimate copy of Terraria but I hardly think that'll be a problem)
