Actually I just ran a match and the move was pulled out twice! The first time it was ignored, but the second time the disqualification did occur and the person got the cheating victory. It turned out quite nicely!

I started the move with that in mind, actually, and messed around a lot to try and make it happen, but I don't think it can. The ref starts interacting when the damage flag comes up in the move, so I tried making the move illegal and putting a D flag somewhere outside of the loop so the ref would come over for a second when the dude pointed, similar how they'll do for a groin shot, then still be walking away while the chair hit and bump happened, but it turns out that because the move has a loop, he'll just stick around and count to five the whole time instead. I had the thought to do a non-looped version, which might work in that regard, but would also make the move either an instant-win or a never-win sort of deal, and that's no good

I was wondering, crafting this move, is it possible to include the referee into the interaction? If not, no worries, this is still fantastic! Where is the best place to script this in the logic?
