Everything but the speed is working. I can slow time and throw lightning and everything but not run fast, even if I mess with the settings

Does anyone have a solution for slowing down time being glitchy under values of roughly .45 while host in multiplayer servers?

Player high speed damage - Speed bashing
Zippy's gore - Realistic NPC splattering (also helps you not die on ragdolls)
Parkour 2 - The ability to climb ledges (stops you shooting into the sky instead of grabbing onto building tops... most of the time)

= The true Flash/Reverse Flash experience
