I found the ost and the 'fatality' sound files online, I put them together and and compile them by myself without any intent nor knowledge off stealing from a mod that I never even knew existed until you started ransacking about how I stole the mod from you.

Look I won't take it down, the best I can do is remove the mod from the public library. Because like I said you don't own the files, I didn't took them from you.

Even if I remove it from public download or remove it, just don't go on thinking in that little narcissistic mind of yours thinking that you won something. Get over yourself.

I won't take it down because the files were never 'stolen' from you, as you are accusing me of.

The composition is different, it's not a copy and paste like you are falsely accusing me.

Nothing egotistical about it. Its a clear and cut issue of copyright infringment on me. Everyone's work is copyrighted and you infringed on that the minute you stole me work.

This was brought to my attention by serveral of my friends all saying that it its like my work. That is why i am pressing this matter. I can tell it is the same cause its the same exact sound file i ripped from Mortalkombat 9 sound files. I put alot of time and effort in my mods not for people to steal them. I didn't get nothing from the internet. I made the video i made the screen shots and i even ripped the sound from the games soundfile. Then you come along wanting an easy way to make mods you steal them from people.

Just take it down admit you are wrong and i'll let it be. Nuff said.

No you took mine redid it by cutting stuff off of the wav file and upped it as yours. I still flagged it and mods are going to be taking it down.

I didn't stole it and re-uploaded it. I made the files from scratch using sound files I sound online and mixed in audacity. =-=
