I also was confused as to which mod this was for. The Teaser Mod for DD, or the full release of The Black Reliquary
I looked at the sprites, but the C and D versions are missing ears.
Open the mod skin folder and look at the sprites for C and D. If you have bunny ears, unsubscribe and resubscribe to the mod.

It's interesting, but I'm trying to modify a sprite without unwrapping it into a spine, so I'm going to try making it with it.
All I have to do is cut the ears off the helmet and redraw them, but I don't think I can do it quickly because I have a part-time job right now.
