got disrespected by a sniper trying to scan the qr code so i just erased him 10/10

This issue is present because there is a sniper in one of the windows of the white building.
I will fix this problem in the next update.

For now, you can fix it by going to the second floor, looking at the QR code for 5 seconds, after which a script for the sniper will activate. Kill sniper, and the NPCs will no longer react to him.

Try booting into the map without all the addons by turning them off. If there are no problems, gradually, in small amounts include important for you addons.
