@Raptor33 , download RPFM, open this mod and the WH2 mod you're talking about separately, look how the WH3 mod I did was done, look what colours the WH2 mod you're talking about uses. This should give u an idea of what to do to be able to make it yourself.

hey could you do a faction recolour of the lizardmen? in total warhammer 2 there was this subfaction with a nice red and white paint scheme called "Children of the old ones"
