Great. I hope steam can work out the issues so this will stop happening.

I managed to get rid of the errors by extracting the mod with SteamCMD, as unsubbing and resubbing wasn't able to fix it for me. It works fine and the convars are present and fully functional. Was definitely Steam's fault.

your addon probably wasn't updated properly, this happened to someone earlier. try unsubbing and re-subbing

Immediately upon loading into a map with this mod installed, I get this Lua error, strangely being attributed to DLib. I had another error before being attributed to Modern Warfare Base Extended Controls being attributed to DLib earlier, which was in actuality caused by a scripting error in that mod which had since been fixed.
