can't “NOW PLAYING” be deactivated at startup?

Wallpaper is slow to change album art (and thus colors) using Apple Music. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Also, can you integrate Plexamp?

This is exactly what I've been after for years. All I want is album artwork colours, no widgets!

I have a few suggestions:

An option to adjust the speed of the 'Blurred Album Art Wave' would be good (I get motion sick very easily), changing the Playback Rate works, but also slows all other effects.

Idle background to keep previous album artwork, rather than a pre-defined gradient.

Gradually transition colours over an adjustable period when switching to next song, rather than immediately changing.

Best wallpapers! The only thing you can do, is add a calendar setting, for example, make day.month.year or month/day/year. Something like that. Thank you!

This is my favorite music visualizer. I used to just use Monstercat but I really wanted something with a more adaptive background and this is perfect!
I would love if you could add more options to the bar visualizer. Since the 8/2/23 update I've found that a lot of songs just don't have enough contrast with the blurred album art for them to really be all that visible, so options to increase their opacity or other things to help with contrast would be really helpful for me.

Did you delete a few options? I can't find it

i might be stupid, but every option works for me except visualizers. no matter what i try to do or change, visualizers wont work for me, even in presets.

I can look into it. Would you mind sharing a picture of your combined desktops so I can see what it looks like on your end?

Hi, Awesome work !!! Is it possible to change the track information widget scale, I'm using it on triple monitor setup with it centered but it scale up the widget so it take almost my entire middle screen space

Hey ever since 8/3/23 no updates have shown for me at least I cant see the PS5 background options or the startup sequence or even the music with clock option not sure why but I just thought id let you know have a good day!

I appreciate that, no worries. Just pushed an update with PS5 background options added back. Planning to add more custom color options for it in future updates.

Apologies for all the recent changes that may have shaken up your set-ups/presets. I finally got around to reorganizing and optimizing existing options and separating background options into playback and idle modes which should help users in the long run with more granular customization. Thankfully there shouldn't be many (if any) more preset breaking re-organizational changes from here on out.

Unfortunately reliable playback buttons and lyrics for external media players aren't possible at the moment with the way WallpaperEngine hooks into playback information. They could in theory be added using a fair amount of custom script but that's quite a long shot. I believe a progress bar would be possible though.

Fantastic work! Hope there are buttons for song (Previous, Play/Pause, Next) as well as option to show lyrics on upcoming update
