There is an issue with stuff attaching to walls: "This building can not support attachments." It makes sense to embrasure the version, but why do standard walls not support it?

Bug or intension?

@Wes Wyleven, Sorry, but that link is to the other version of Reinforced Walls. Kinetic Tail made 2 versions. This one is the "Plus" version which has Power Walls. No-one seems to have taken this version onboard yet or if the author get around to it. Just pointing it out as I was confused. It's a start sure. If you look at the thumbnail you can see a different type. If I am mistaken, then I apologise in advance..

I know the shields blocks my own artillery, but the same happens with a wall of shielded embrasures, they block artillery too, is that also by design ?
Seems odd as those shots are supposed to be having a high arc of travel and should not be blocked by anything other then the bubble shields.
Other then that this mod is a must have for me in every play through, great mod overall thank you very much.

Guys, the shield is radius 1 all around so if you place a line of shields they will block guns that are in the other shields. Best results I have in my game today are placing shield embrasures with 2 non-shield embrasures between them in a line and guns directly behind the line. Mod works as designed and this effect is warned in the description above.

So you can only shoot through the wall (shield) you're standing directly next too, but the next walls to the left and right of you can't be shot through. Kinda frustrating.

I know the description is a bit vague. I use it in my games, and you can shoot at targets if you are "inside" the shield radius. However, if you yourself are outside the radius, and maybe attempted to shoot at an enemy, you would just hit your own shield. It can be a little frustrating since there isn't a visual representation of your shield.

This part of the description confuses me. I can shoot at external targets but not through the shields? Don't I need to be able to shoot through the shield to reach those external targets?

I was building a fortress with double heavy reinforced wall, something very cool with embrassure and stuff, no door. 4 or 5 primitif enemies came and destroy my 2 walls lines in 5secs. :( How is it possible ?

Also <success>Always</success> shouldn't be used in your patches as it will suppress legitimate errors, this will lead to issues when for whatever reason the def you are patching is changed.

Hey Kinetic tail, just letting you know you could easily remove the requirement of Royalty by adding MayRequire="ludeon.rimworld.royalty" to the ThingDef
