Its 6-8mb, as I said in the description. There is a lot of texture sharing going on, as these large models need to be split into multiple sub meshes.

Nah, its a unique building that offer a bunch of jobs. Would do that if you use the RICO mod and turn it into a residential building though.

Also the flag pole props are very useful in cities. Also useful for other buildings in this style. :)

I. LOVE. YOU. This building is absolutely gorgeous! Would love to see some of the architecture of the world that hasn't come to pass, things like Palace of the Soviets, or New York's Hotel Attraction or Dieselpunk Tower.... Oh we may need to talk <3

@jesse I dont think there is good advice on getting started, just start would probably the only one I can think of. You will eventually run into problems. But solving these problems will help you more than anything else.
