There is a whole mod pack called annihilation (which is NeuroTech), and you can spawn the ships, and you can drive (boat?) them too, however the guns are broken (as is the rest of the mod sadly)

@Tumble Trash Official god i really want to. like fr i've wanted it back since it was broken. i do plan on at least attempting to make a naval base in the future, if not me then maybe gordon beeman might? no clue. mark my words, its gonna be done eventually by SOMEONE.

So I read the FAQ and I don't think it counts as 'can you make [x]'.
But can you have bombers and bomber-fighters (anything with turrets) have gunners in the future.

What I mean is, like a bomber with a controllable ball turret.
