Hey guys, bad news, Noodles V2 will take a whole lot longer, if I decide to continue with it that is.
I recently updated to Windows 11. This broke all my files, including Noodles V2, Prototypes, and about six months worth of various ship builds.
If you were wondering what V2 had in store, it was the first bit of programming I've done in SE, being entirely sequenced using scripts. It had legs, and was able to walk around.
I'm pretty mad about this, but whatever.

Hey Orange, thank you for pointing out there was a problem with it going.
It was the Timer Blocks, I had them off when I was working on the LCD on the back but fixed it. Should work better now:steamthumbsup:

IT'S DONE!! Or at least it's mostly done, I'm not as pleased with my bot as I could be but the collision avoidance systems just kept fighting me so I'm a settle for the "follow mode" working & the AI system works. It uses 4 Custom Turret Controllers (CTC) as a logic engine. I named it
Hunter Killer - Gladiator Mk 1.00
Can't wait to see what comes in the AI DLC, I'd still be working away at my bot if my brother didn't point out how I should wait for the DLC... ANYWAY hope you enjoy it & keep an eye out for an update after the DLC

This is a fun idea, I love it. Makes me feel like I should post my little bot but it's still buggy (like it's maker). Got this idea to make the "baby hunter-killers" from the end of "Terminator 3" & it sorta worked out. All small grid, JUST smaller then a 1x1x1 Large Grid block. Didn't come out looking exactly the same but got Gats on the arms right, 8 1x1 wheels on rotors make the tank treads. It's too slow & buggy to follow a person but it can turn to face. One of them isn't something ya want to come round a corner to see in a base...
Ya know what, I'm a fix my little bot best I can & put it out there, maybe I can fix it's "scooting" ability. Soon you can have Bodyguards for your receptionist the bots can keep each other company=)
