This is a great idea! I love the golden buttons and the fact that the Sticky Nickel looks different. To me, it feels like the execution is a little off, though. The reason those icons aren't shaded is so they don't blend in.

The Crown and Blood Drip are good, the Snail could be background decoration at a glance and the Skull looks more like a mushroom or a jellyfish. Also, why make the Nickel melting and bubbling? Why not have some glue or pink gum on it instead? Again, just my opinion.

does this work with the mod that fixes sticky nickles? (by making them replace pennies instead)

I believe this mod broke the brimstone icon that appears over enemies when you sneeze on them. It was not showing up as T Azazel and started showing up again once I turned this mod off.
