It is updated to 3.8. Most of the portrait mods really just needed a version change which I took care of on release day.

As far as the flag changing, I don't quite know how to fix that off the top of my head. I'll poke around in the files some when I'm not working on updating New Dawn stuff.

You should not be having black ships or anything because the original mod didn't include any at all. At most the molluscoid cities/ships might show up as "Sectoid" instead. I need to figure out that issue.
