I may be missing something... Does this add the ability for your faction members to HAVE children naturally, and let them grow up?

As for the muscles, I made another patch mod because I know everyone has their own preferences.

Can you please add a patch where children cannot gain muscle? There's some mods that do not allow men and/or women to gain muscle so those could work as a base. Honestly I'm kind of tired of my child characters looking like future JoJo characters. Thanks, though, great mod!
