This submod is for Vampire Counts. The description for the mod you made it for, as well as the screenshots, say it increases upkeep for some upgrades. I was just curious. I'll move on.

I can't speak to what you saw but literally a minute ago I upgraded a few of my dwarven warriors with more AP and their upkeep remained the same.

I can see from the screenshots of the Secrets of Nagash mod that the scrap improvements include penalties of increased upkeep - that's what i was referring to.

Adding scrap improvements does not increase upkeep.

The bonuses might not be though, not having seen the main mod or looked into it all i was just curious before i gave it a crack - Radious makes significant changes to upkeep etc so anything that adds additional upkeep isn't going to be so significant.

Just adding the scrap ability to radious units, no other changes and since its radious units they are already balanced for radious =)
