will this submod work if you use an individual empire reskin and not the entire hv reskin pack?

Thank you for this great mod! I haave one question: do I need this submod if I don't use the whole Hooverin reskin mod? I only use some of Hooveric's individual faction reskin mods.

Yes you need submods for each mod you are using
