Messiah 7, in the original (HL:A), if memory serves me correctly, there is also one among several sounds of the Wallhammer death that resembles the same thing. In general, it all depends on your associations. I have none. I just hear a Wallhammer who is not well.

Sickman, this replaces everyone's voice, because all combines soldiers have the same path to the sound files. Later, I plan to make it so that these paths can be split up and give each class of soldiers their own, separate voice.

Also, maybe you could make an big mod that replace combine soldiers with your combine grunt VO, shotgunner with this VO, and the Overwatch Elite with the Ordinal VO.
