I guess you're referring to vanilla DayZ Vikhr, right?
I can't reproduce your issue; could you make sure that some other mod is not causing any issue?

Can you add Vikhr compatibility, when using this mod and aiming down ironsights the inside of the gun takes up the whole screen.
