The lazy repeat of the same characters is kind of disheartening, man. There are more than enough prominent female characters throughout the series to give all 8 Survivors a unique and relevant female character. For example:
1. Ada Wong
2. Claire Redfield
3. Helena Harper
4. Jill Valentine
5. Moira Burton
6. Rebecca Chambers
7. Sherry Birkin
8. Sheva Alomar

And that's not even including like 7 other viable characters.
