Hi! Just wanted to give you a little idea in case you consider it. As an alternative to TFA Base's raptor claws weapon, there's another way to make your PMs use a claw swiping animation that uses the model's C-arms. Draconic Base has an Unarmed SWEP that uses claw swipe for zombies. This can be applied to player models in their lua to make them use the same claw swipe zombies use. Simply add this to your PM lua and it'll work like a charm. It'll only run this script if Draconic Base is installed so it's not a hard requirement:

DRC:RegisterPlayerExtension("Playermodel's name here", "Extensions", "Claws", true)
end
