This mod is going from extreme to extreme, on one hand you may be starved and under 50 protein at most when you cant find food. and then if you get good and fish a lot or hunt rabbits, you will be overproteined by a huge margin.
How about no overprotein malus?

This seems to break with the "Superb Survivors" mod. If I had to guess, it looks like it's displaying the protein value for all NPC in the area rather than your character.

i start a new game in debug mode spawn a protein shake "+500 protein says nutrition" moodle says no increase, if i cook food says +200 but...no increase! conflict with cooking time or?

I meant that the mod keeps saying my character needs more protein even though I'm full or "bursting". Not sure how this works but am I eating the wrong things or something???

Sometimes I have a strange error. I have a mod with a stat table that says I have protein 150 x1.5 but this mod shows me that my protein is below 50

I had 75% for Fitness and Strengh. Then I was kicked from my own Server (Erroe Code 9)

Like @Thy_Putish Said, there seems to be a bug with the mod Superb Survivors, the protein moodle latchs onto a survivor (im not sure how but maybe when attacking them) for a range, if you get far enough of the npc you recover your protein moodle, same if you kill them, im not sure if the bug is only visual or if the protein stats actually change
