Thanks. For now I have no plan to make the tower, since I feel the resources I can use as reference are too limited. To properly model that tower might be too much guess work. I'll refocus on my usual military asset creation from now on

There is mod that can unlock all unique building. Or use the Ploppable RICO revisited mod to set it to any other type of building.
