1.3 is just a beta so dont think they will update untill full release

For all the people who haven't seen the update date on the mod's page here in workshop, the mod hasn't been updated since april, there are no signs of anyone updating it anytime soon, either find a way to download a different version of Harmony, or be patient enough to wait for the War Sails DLC to drop (there would probably be a massive update across all mods, maybe including this one).

Is harmony REALLY needed for total conversion mods? at this point if you know your modlist is stable can one just play w/o it?
