Im not entirely sure. you could ask in the TR3 map. Author name is Vexxsie or similar. Maybe you can Try to contact with and see if it is possible?

shame you cant contact whoever made it and ask for permission. it would be cool in Garry's mod

is real, but for CSGO only. you can look for it in the workshop, sadly I dont think I have permission to port it from CS to GMOD. it is a real fancy map. worth taking a look
