I'd use YNE if you want a realistic and challenging Empire diplomacy experience, fully featured. While I can kind of see how this COULD still be combined with a cheat mod and make SOME sense, I think the amount of users who'd want both combined is relatively low. My 5 cents @SUPCOM4566
