Correction: Was fixed by putting at the bottom of the mod list, and then checking all vampire related mods and unit additions. There was a unit mod that added a sneaky reskin of lords, including vlad. Thanks for the cool skin, works just fine.

there was a mod that made his weapon and the glow black and red. Was that yours? i can't find it on the workshop anymore

@Twyt sounds like a missing texture conflict. My guess is something else is trying to override the mod. Maybe try moving it to the bottom?

Hi! For some reason, the breastplate of Vlad is grey for me, and lacks the color shown on the screenshots. The beard also seems barely present. Im not sure what could cause it, but donwloading this mod at the bery top of the mod order didnt really help. Any ideas?

@mumion der Unsterbliche Its a visual mod. There is nothing to update. The "out of date" message only means that the mod author hasn't logged in and clicked a button since the last update.

I know its probably too much work, but I' gonna ask just to have some hope, would you consider making a version with more realistic armor like maybe red knight of the black rose armor or something like that?

That's how it normally is. Its loaded after Ultimate Portraits and it still uses the one from UP. I'll see about the submod.

@Solaire But if it does require a submod - you're welcome to use my work and post one.

@Solaire you should load this mod after Ultimate Portraits - not before.

So as a headsup I did try putting this mod above Ultimate Portraits and it just causes the game to endlessly load on startup. So yeah a submod is needed

Just saw the new video. Love to see the sexy bastard. It would be great for a submod to be made for Ultimate Portraits or compatibility made since it overrides the portrait made by this mod, or is it a problem that can be solved by placing this mod above Ultimate Portraits?

@Bonsai, @Caos is refering to the portrait selection tile in campaign select, not the intro video. It would be cool if you could include update the campaign selection tile portrait even if the video is too much effort. Both would be fantastic though. Thanks for the mod. It always bugged me that Vlad was made into the crypt keeper.

@Caos Do you mean the video that plays during campaign selection? Those are pre-made so the model can't be swapped. I can record a new one I guess.

@Bonsai Thanks for the reply. OC it's work great in custom battle. I mean, the portrait when you strat a new campaing. Must of reskin need a update since the v4 for that.

@Caos Checked it on my end and he shows up in Custom Battle select and in battle. Did you mean somewhere else he is missing?

I just wanted to say thank you for this. As an avid vampire counts player since WH1 this mod was a fantastic addition to me and no doubt many others o/

Oh make no mistake. I don't mean to come off as rude or antagonistic. Im just simply offering advice so that way people dont have to look at the comment section to see if its safe or worse people just ask for update. Unfortunately I don't have the experience in modding that you do or greater to give you a definitive answer. I also tried looking up the matter but cannot find anything specific. I do know that its not a uncommon issue. It has plagued other modders in the past. Its just something that happens randomly but sooner or later it seems to correct itself.

@solaire I've pressed update multiple times. If you know why Steam isn't changing its designation I'm all ears.

You may want to add that it works for 3.0 in the title since its not showing that it was updated on Steam.

Bonsai it aint your mod, essentially if you use the vampire BR + pack I believe it's called with this mod, it makes the googly eyes

For some reason I get googly eyes with this. It's quite funny actually.

The mod he's talking about is a very large vampire look overhaul mod which also converts vlad so it requires this mod to be above the BR pack

@astralLein Try changing the load order so this one loads after the other.
