The mod doesn't seem to work all of a sudden, when I enable it and press play, I don't see any new timestamps and I don't see any changes when I go beyond the 1820s.

Minor graphical bug in countrygovernmentview.gfx

Countries with a tech group that are not Western were showing mixed/bugged sprites.

noOfFrames *should* actually be 16 but the tech_group_strip.dss file is an extra sprite too big unless intentional from original mod dev. Bandaid fix is to change to 17 or cut out the extra *i think* 64x64 space after German tech group and change to 16.

I can recommend using notedpad++ for modding, because it can be used to track related brackets and check the correctness of blocks.

Due to the peculiarities of the perception of decision blocks in eu4, brackets are extremely important. At the same time, the solution can work, even with incorrect brackets, which actually happens. I have had experience in modding games from paradox for a long time, so I found this error instantly.

The whole problem is in parentheses. The "potential" block is closed in the current solution before the culture requirement. I solved it by pointing out 2 problems that need to be replaced so that the brackets work correctly in the conditions and the whole block works as it should.

I have no idea why all units have +3 offensive moral pips, but not defensive? I think much more logicly would give for every like +1/2 off and def moral pips, because now - it's really only Offensive - your way to win a battle. U can't just give def battles, bec u have defenetly less pips to this.
But with new combat system in 1.34. I think u should chance units to vanily more like, and give both +1 def and off pips. Because now, morals drops down way faster, than when this mod have been done.

I found mistake, why all nation can form German, for fix it, just replace in "potential", like in vanilla from:
