well I can't seem to find the image but It might be somewhere in the files of the half-life games or in deathmatch classic's files

I don't know where the texture is in the files but I remember seeing it, it's basically the normal headcrab skull imprint but the mouth and eyes are angry looking, I'll see if I can find an image

unrelated but did you know the HL1 deathmatch zombie has an unused "face" texture that has an angry face.
