Thank you for this. Never saw how Temperate would be unsuitable for generic humans.

@Yaacop Somebody else already notified me about this issue in one of the other mods. I have not experienced it, but will try to find out why.

Because some cities took a long time to build I've looked into it a little further. It does update the tooltip and the "ring" around the climate. But if you look in the bottom left at the "province effects" it still applies the debuffs. So unfortunately in the end it doesnt work for me.
