Are there required props or assets that aren't listed?

They are all level 1 which is why I don't understand why they're not appearing. I chose Level 1 "Georgian Rowhouse" and had no problem.

These are just regular growables so they should work. Maybe they just need to level up? I don't recall if these are level 1 or not.

Are these rowhouses compatible with District Styles Editor? I selected several in DSE, made a district, laid down HDR zoning etc. and nothing happened. Did the same for other LDR and they immediately popped up.

Obviously not possible with 6m wide buildings and an in-game grid that is 8x8m.

I keep LSM clean. In order and cleanliness, and I don’t want mistakes to accumulate there. Therefore, i did so.
