there is a phone on the first floor in one of the buildings lobbies, it rings from time to time, and plays funny audio when you interact with it, i don't know what causes it to ring, it may be triggered by an action on the map or its on a timer, I'm sure you will find it.

the invisible thing that NPC's keep engaging at the stairs is some leftover and unimplemented map NPC, i have determined it is a Poison Zombie that seems to be bugged. if it is used for something, i have not found a way to activate its event trigger...

oh naw this map scary, my npcs started shooting something invisible at the stairs, and my npcs kept following it around the apartments. can you explain what they are shooting at? it happened right after I cleaned up the map.
