With Lambda Players Reborn, I go to Lambda Players Tab on the right and go to Panels and Create Lambda Player Profile and pick whatever character and go to where it says Voice Profile and you can implement the voicelines and save it or you can customize it.

@Anthrax2003 How do you implement these voicelines with Lambda Players Reborn? Thanks for your response but this seems like important info that should go in the description.

yeah, cool... but there's a problem...
the majority of the voicelines doesn't work because the sample rate of the audio files is wrong...
the source engine accepts files with a sample rate of 44100Hz...
these voicelines have a sample rate of 32000Hz or 48000Hz, so the don't work...
