This mod affects all characters, including those already created. You don't need to create a new character to use this mod. Also if you later un-subscribe this mod, all characters' stats will go back to normal (as if you never had this mod).

A quick question, does this mod also affect characters that have already been created or do you have to start a new character for it to take effect
