Update 3.7
(Since last versions of Evolved, cost of some traits has changed, and half of the mod species now have 1 unused trait point. I will leave these as it (mostly because i'm a lazy f.uck), but you could still consider it as more freedom for when you'll start genetically modify your species.)
Updated for 3.6 and last version of Stellaris Evolved
Will be updated for 3.6 after Stellaris Evolved update tomorrow, or anytime soon.
Randomly noticed that half of empires were broken.... Fix'd
