Those icons appear to be part of the hud. I've been looking for it but haven't found it. Try leaving a comment on the video asking for that mod.

So I guess one of those mods is preventing the icon from showing. This mod only changes the icon images, it does not modify the files that manage them. If a mod that modifies other things in the hud, such as a set of weapons icons or animations, modifies the file that indicates where the icons are, there may be a conflict, but in principle that could only happen with Boomer's bile in mods before TLS.

no i don't have any pipebomb mods, although i do use some other mods that i suspect may be causing this issue, mostly they are UI mods but they don't touch the hud or the icons

@Maximillian Do you have any mod for the pipe? If that mod contains its own icon, errors may appear even if you don't see anything in red in the addons, since the icon can be indicated in a script.

The pipebomb icon is not working for me, i've checked to see if it's conflicting with anything and it's working fine with no conflicts.
