The purple smoke should be green, fits better with pumpkins.

that is actually a cool idea to the person below me, as there are exploding pumpkins in the game already and would be a homage to that. I like it the way it is too

I'd say that this was just bobbing PNG's but you made the effort to have them actually explode. Here is a recommendation to really spruce this up: Don't have them bobble, but rather have them launch up, and then puff up like a balloon, then explode. Get that in there, and I'd say you have a pretty decent halloween effect.
