Feel free to do so, however, you don't necessarily need to. Re-arm scripts are purely server-side so they don't need to be sent to the client. If you are hosting a ttt-server, just create the rearm-file and put it to your maps folder with same name as the map (ttt_hendrix.txt). Weapons should appear next time you load the map.

I might have a re-arm file somewhere, but it's most likely horribly unbalanced :D
