If the version alert bothers you that much you can simply visit the mod's folder and change the 1.3 to 1.4 in the about file.

@hovershift Most texture altering mod doesn't need any update as it just image files.

shouldnt you update the mod description to 1.4? or it doesnt work for 1.4?

Gonna inform everyone that pass through here : those textures will be used for their own standalone mods alongside new, exciting mechs to face and grow if you ever got the DLC!

I did forward the original mod to mlie. So they may maintain it. But it would be faster if someone else could come up with something. Ghostliner sounds promising.

I noticed Orion is discontinuing the main mod because there's redundancy with Biotech mech and that he doesn't want to work on it anymore.

Would it be alright to use these textures for a reworked mech mod ? I am only beggining modding so I don't think I can take the original mod yet, but these textures are very good and I already have a few ideas for mech options that are unlike Vanilla.

@Kevin Thanks! yeah i want to try and bring whatever mods i'm using with more vanilla friendly textures mostly for me but also to whoever that enjoys them

These retextures open up so many mods for people like me that are hesitant to try new mods for fear of them clashing with the vanilla graphics. Amazing work both here and with What The Hack.

I'm definitely looking forward to any others like these, if you end up making anymore. :) So many great mods around.

Thanks for bringing some of these mods to vanilla style. No more inconsistencies. Also CE comments might be a joke but because this is just a retexture, yes, CE has a patch for more mechanoids

Thank you for this ! I really like the original mod and I think the textures are fine, but this really makes them in line with others mechanoid mods etc... Great work !
