that may very well be it, I know there's a MPL update coming down the pipeline to ensure that if the Music doesn't install it runs w/o it. Bleh, sorry man.

Considering that the music doesn't change when tha happens, I suppose that the character's "sprite" spawns, but their AI doesn't.

Speaking of, that "priority error" with bosses seems to be happening to me as well. Maybe there should be another way to load the characters?

It doesn't even leave a crash log (I hate it when that happens), but for once it did load! It seems that this mod is just that big, that my system has problems handling it.

If you are in the Discord, please send me the Crash Log, I cannot say what is going wrong with it as is.

It is a sizable folder, is it fully installing? With Mods, you have to wait past the first Installing, Past Install Complete, for it to reach "Install Mods" again before clicking anything.

Why is this mod crashing on install? I removed all mods except MoreLuaPower, Beatrix and Asmodai, and both characters work like they should, but when I install this mod the game crashes.

As mentioned in answering Songbird, make sure all three mods required for this mod (Asmodai, Beatrix, and MoreLuaPower) are installed, and all three are up to date. If they're installing after Circus Zone, the game doesn't get the information it needs in place on startup and they cannot be properly called as enemies.

when I got to the boss it softlocked

Possibly, I will look into it but I believe I've run it elsewise, also I did add that priority to make sure that they *have* to be fully installed before Circus Zone runs.

seems like the softlock doesn't happen if a previously defeated boss shows up to assist you, so it may just be an issue with it not expecting you to go to the circus as the first stage, so it hangs up waiting for some one to show up to help you

Ah, this bug has happened a few times. Not exactly sure *what's* causing it, gut says it's a priority error. I'll do what I can to amend

Got to the battle with beatrix and she shows up but doesn't do anything and can't be attacked softlocking me at her fight

the game softlocked as soon as i entered the carnival. i'll see if this ends up being a consistent issue or if osfe is just being weird :)

This has happened once where that final swap didn't happen, I believe it was due to a step spell. I have a rough patch that might be able to repair it though. Will update it asap. appreciate the message Dasho.

Ah hell, I thought I patched that one. were the two of you at least teleported back to your corresponding sides, albeit the wrong direction?

After ending the match on the other side (Asmodai and his weird switch attack), my character was permanently faced to the left, making all of my spells trigger on my side. Soon lost that run, but yeah.
