Hey, I can't access the Zeus menu from pressing Shift + Y. Is the keybind changed for Antistasi Ultimate?

I'd like to play using the Star Wars modset, but I'd rather not use ACE medical. Unfortunately, when trying to load the scenario using a version of ACE with the medical component removed from Steam Workshop, I receive an error explaining that I lack the requisite mods. Is there any way to bypass this mod check? I understand that some of the mods from the Star Wars modset themselves require ACE to function, but all of them work with ACE No Medical outside of the Antistasi Scenario, so I suspect the problem lies with the mod check.
