i think GM detection is broken. its supposed to work if you load GM and 3CBF + the RHS dependancies

Is it just download 3CB while having GM loaded to have the GM assets?

cold war setting is for CUP not GM. also iirc GM detection is broken so cannot actually be used for factions

How do I select opfor to use the GM assets? Trying to use to cold war settings and I didn't see that in the mission options.

next time try waiting for 5-10 minutes. if you still cannot access the arsenal and stuff by then, please join the discord and send us the RPT log file so we can investigate

If i good remember, error with minimap. But real problem is officer who don't wanna give you a mission, and arsenal don't work too
