it is a bit to shiny but it is really cool

This is pretty nicely done. However, if I were to make a suggestion, the skull should be modelled into the headcrab itself vs just textured on. That was the point of the skull showing in the OG zombies, the headcrab was wrapped so tightly onto the skull that the contour of the skull crevices were showing

That's super creepy. Well done, I like that it's not overly visible.
