Seems I may have been wrong. I had it happen with both mods. I think I need to import my game.

Sadneil isn't in any of the bars. The mod looks great but I'm going to be using Black Desert City - Reforged because Sadneil isn't affected with that mod.

Every time I import, another tower becomes a ruined tower for sale and another waffle house becomes for sale. Every time I try to build in a waffle house, I find it is inaccessible, due to placement issues. It's a pity because this city does need an expansion but, this one is quite buggy.

This is a convoluted mod. The buildings all clip together making it unusable. I tried importing to no effect. I would love this mod, if it worked properly.
