yes but it's part of the base voices, which include more than just higglesworth's lines. This voice packs makes the zetas only use higglesworth's voice

Mr.Cool has too little lines to fulfill an entire pack. But I could make a mini voice pack like I did with the l4d tank.

I'll see if all his lines are good enough to have their own voice pack.
